Centering on single boards, the stock quantity of solid wood is the largest in Japan. We handle over 50,000 pieces of domestic wood and carefully selected wood from around the world. By carrying out each process including the purchase of raw wood to lumbering, drying, processing and delivery in an integrated production system, we deliver Made in Japan quality and peace of mind to customers in Japan as well as overseas.
Founded in 1917, OKAZAKI SEIZAI CO.,LTD has been focusing on the history of wood for over 100 years. In the high growth period after the 1960s, old materials including wood were driven to the corner by new materials such as plastics and other petrochemical products and alloys. However, we are convinced that there is still possibility in “wood material” and its one-of-a-kind charm that moves people's hearts. In other words, we aim to realize “restoration of trees”.
